COMPOSITE SELECTION AND DESIGN ASSISTANCE

Using the right products and materials can mean the difference between success and failure.  There is always a right tool for the job and let us help you discover which that is.  Our team of experts can provide recommendations on materials, processes and designs that will make your part function as desired, have the strength characteristics required and keep build time/costs where you want them.  Bringing us in early on, in the design phase, can save you lots of money and headache by building a part in a way that makes sense for production, not just for end use.

Strength and longevity define this product line as these playground fixtures must withstand years of punishing abuse.  Rock look exterior provides an excellent climbing surface with fiberglass supporting the structure.

High-end specialty tubs require excellent cosmetics and strength. Significant skill is required to apply materials in a way that achieves both.  We work closely with customers to ensure all surfaces are finished to their satisfaction.

High quality and structural integrity are a must in this competitive industry. Boaters demand excellent cosmetics as well as performance in harsh conditions so composite selection is critical to achieving the best result.

In many cases, volume and quality trump cosmetics in this industry. Parts can range from simple barn fans to ventilation systems utilizing specialty corrosion and fire-resistant resins for moving fumes and vapors.

Whether a waterpark or carnival, these parts need to hold up to heavy abuse and meet strict safety requirements. Designs are constantly changing and our colorants and metal flake choices change with them.

Strict material thicknesses must be maintained to achieve quality standards for this high-volume industry. Fiberglass is an excellent material for new or replacement parts due to its design flexibility and corrosion resistance.

Hoods, shrouds, covers, pans and tanks are just a few of the many parts we build for this broad industrial classification.  Applications are limitless and volumes vary greatly. If you need it, we can build it.

Duck boats, deer blinds, wilderness toilets, expedition sleds and more. Products from this category are in use across North America and have traveled to the North and South Poles. Excellent quality and secondary applications define this category.
